I had read some discouraging reviews before our stay in February 2025, but we were delighted with the property and the staff. Amit couldn't have been nicer. They had just begun breakfast service again after a long break following Covid, and we enjoyed the fresh fruit, juice, toast, and grab and go items. Our room was well-furnished with microwave and 'fridge. The bed was comfortable and clean. We have booked a room here for April, as well.

We came in to visit friends for a party from San Diego and didn't want to have to drive back home afterwards. We looked at the four hotels that were closest to the house and this looked online to be the best one but I was unsure. When we arrived everthing was neat and tidy. The place was clean and service was prompt and professional. I think they must have update the rooms recently because they were very nice and clean. It even came with a refrigerator and microwave. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

It’s very close to our family activities. Peaceful, privacy, and the manager was very helpful. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor and there’s an elevator for our convenience.

There wasn't any breakfast. The room was very clean. the king size bed was comfortable and the staff provided excellent customer service. I needed a safe place to stay, to sleep and shower and this was provided. Nothing fancy but still nice.

Good breakfast. Accessible location to the party I went. The manager & staff were welcoming & polite. Coming from out of town, I arrived much too early for the schedule check in time. They were so accommodating & let me have an early check in. I always stay in Rodeway Cypress. My room is clean & I feel safe.

No breakfast but okay because restaurants are aplenty around. The location is in the neighborhood of our appointments

This is my go to get away hotel. The staff knows me and they are cool! I always enjoy my time there.
